How will the gift certificate be delivered?The gift certificate will be sent by standard post to the postal address supplied on your order. If you live in Australia you will receive the certificate within 5 working days. Alternatively we can mail your gift certificate by express post. An additional surcharge of $5 applies for every express post delivery and the postal address must be within the express post network. The express post service takes 2 working days if your order is received by 5pm.
Can I buy a gift certificate from outside Australia?Yes, you can buy a gift certificate from anywhere in the world, our online facility makes booking this fantastic gift easy!
Can I send a gift certificate overseas?Yes. Additional postage will be charged.
Can I get a refund on an unwanted gift certificate?Gift certificates are non-refundable.
How long is a gift certificate valid?Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
