How far in advance should I book? Bookings can be made from one day before, to a maximum of 6 months in advance. In peak season one to two weeks advance is strongly recommended. The sooner you contact us, the more chance you have of booking your preferred day. Bookings for today’s jumps, if space is available, can only be made through our Booking Hotline. Call 1300 663 634.
Can I book for someone else?Yes, you can book for others or book for groups. If you would like to give a tandem skydive as a gift, you can purchase a gift certificate that can be posted to you. Please note that groups larger than 10 must be booked via our Bookings Hotline. Call 1300 663 634.
Can I change a booking?Yes, changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the confirmed jump date.
Can I cancel a booking?No, skydives are non-refundable, however you can change the date and/or time of your skydive, up to 48 hours before the confirmed jump date.

What if my jump is cancelled?In the event that your jump has been cancelled due to weather or other unforseen circumstances, your booking will be re-scheduled to another date that suits you.
